Dental RPA Pricing
We offer a simple contract, a single payment of £440 *NO VAT TO BE ADDED* for 3 years of support (excluding cone-beam CT). This is per practice site and no other fees or memberships are incurred. For CBCT an additional charge of £200 is applied.
Our service includes:
- A complete Radiation Protection File containing all required documents such as local rules, risk assessments etc.
- Amendments to the file for replacement equipment included.
- All on-going support via email or telephone including the review of plans and equipment test results for replacement equipment.
Equipment tests/critical exams to be carried out by your installer/service agent.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the £440 cover us for three years, or do we have to pay every year?
The payment covers all three years.
Our equipment has been tested in the last 3 years, but we’ve lost the reports – can we still use CompleteRPA?
Yes. You could ask the installer/service agent to send you a copy of the previous reports. Alternatively, we are happy to arrange quotes for new tests from service agents for you (they become due after 3 years in any case). Finally, you can perform the tests yourself using a postal test pack.
I don’t have a current service agent/anyone to perform the tests, can you help us find one?
Yes we are happy to arrange quotes for you, please drop us an email.
Our equipment tests are more than 3 years out of date – can we still use CompleteRPA?
Yes. Tests will need to be arranged as above, we can help you with this as well as getting started together on putting the rest of your Radiation Protection File in place.
Our new practice hasn’t opened yet, should we get in touch now?
Yes. You can choose the start date of your 3 year period, before that we will help with advice around equipment selection and review of plans for surgery design to ensure it is safe and compliant. Alternative if you aren’t ready to sign up for the RPA contract just yet, we offer a plan review only for £125 (no VAT).
